Palmette, the new flower shop and art gallery opened by Jerrod and his wife Jessie in downtown Ocean Springs, Mississippi, will have a ribbon cutting and open house in collaboration with the Springs Hotel and the Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, March 14, from 3-6pm.
