From March through June, Jerrod will be an artist-in-residence at the Frank Gehry designed Ohr-O'Keefe Museum in Biloxi. With a studio space on campus he will work on a progressive exhibition of drawings and paintings inspired by the buildings, ceramics, and natural setting of the museum. Read More“Wild at Heart: The Dwarf Palmetto”, is a new exhibition of drawings and paintings by Jerrod opening in March at Palmette Gallery in downtown Ocean Springs. He has been inspired by the dramatic nature of the palmetto fronds and their iconic representation of life on the gulf coast since moving to Ocean Springs in 2016. The opening reception will be Thursday, March 5, from 5-7pm. Palmette is located at 424 Washington Ave, inside the Springs Hotel and just next door to the Walter Anderson Museum of Art.
